(INSPIREEZ) is not liable if an incorrect address is provided during the checkout process. Please ensure that both your billing and shipping addresses are accurate before proceeding with your order. If we make an error, we will take full responsibility for the original order at no additional charge.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may incur customs fees upon arrival in the United Kingdom.

For some shipping companies, it may take 1-5 business days for the tracking information to update in their system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information available for your tracking number, please contact us for further assistance.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items from the same order may be sent in separate packages, even if you have chosen combined shipping.
