Can I wash my covers?

For the most part, we recommend spot cleaning if possible.  If you should need to wash, use gentle cycle, reshape and lay flat to dry.

What happens if I receive the wrong item?

Simply let us know if there's a problem with your order, and we'll return your money. Within the delivery window, we could need some proof.

Do you offer exchanges?

Exchanges are not something we do. In any case, please let us know if your order is not what you expected, and we'll set up a new one for you.

How long are shipping times?

Following your order, your items will be sent in 4–8 days. The product description for each item includes an expected delivery date. We will provide you a tracking number as soon as your item is shipped out so you can keep track of it at all times.

Can I cancel my order?

We recognize that you could have had a change of heart. This is why you may cancel free of charge within three days after placing an order for a product. We can allow a cancellation if you don't get your package within the window of time that is indicated for each unique product. On occasion, we send out orders before we can handle a cancellation. Please choose one of the following three options if you cancel your purchase but still get the package: recycle, give, or enjoy it!

What is your return policy?

Returns contradict our focus on sustainability because each one leaves a carbon imprint. Therefore, all you need to do is explain what went wrong and provide us a photo, and we'll refund all of your money. Then, if it's possible, you may recycle or donate your merchandise to a nearby nonprofit.
